- Go To this Link My Personal Profile Got Disabled .
- Fill the form with accurate information .
- Submit it .
You can also send request to Facebook of your disabled account by sending email at disabled@facebook.com with correct information including Name , Email Address , Date Of Birth and REASON If You Know .
And hope for the best :) you will get your account back .
